Project management services

• During the planning phase of a clinical trial, we will fully support and advise you as a competent partner in the development of the packaging design and the calculation of the amounts of study medication required, taking production and qualify factors into account.
• Each project is allocated to a project manager who is responsible for managing the project internally and compile and maintain a project plan.
• The project manager is the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring that all relevant information is available to the customer in due time.
