Prospective industrial clerks learn about pharmaceutical production

On May 28, 2008 prospective industrial business management assistants were given the rare opportunity to visit a pharmaceutical production facility. With head protection, special clothing and overshoes they were channelled through a special door, thus overcoming the first hurdle to entering production. State-of-the-art production facilities and the highest quality standards characterise the production at Temmler Pharma where we live up to our company motto "Your Product's Best Friend" by providing almost all kinds of dosage forms. This was clearly expressed on the round tour through our production and packaging units. Temmler Pharma clearly communicated what kind of commercial knowledge the company requires from its industrial business management assistants. Continuously increasing customer requirements necessitate constant investment in order to increase the capacities of a modern three-shift operation. The recently commissioned Bohle Film Coater (BFC) for the film-coating of tablets demonstrated convincingly Temmler Pharma's capacity to handle large customer orders and to press, coat and package millions of tablets. After gaining an insight into production and enriched with new impressions and information, the "new" business management assistants were sent on their way back into 'everyday life' with best wishes for their final examination in June.  |
