Temmler's new website has been online since January 2008, with its introductory page clearly giving the customer centre stage. Information can be accessed directly. A point of contact is provided at all times and answers to any questions the visitor might have are accessed via only a few clicks. Not an entirely new concept, since efforts have always been focused on the customer, and particularly on doctors, pharmacists and the end consumer. Nevertheless, the site has changed insofar as the Temmler Group, an internationally active contract manufacturer, is now looking at extending its services to a much larger target group with high service and quality requirements. Therefore we are working full speed at translating our website into English. Apart from the Temmler Group's focus as service provider in the pharmaceutical industry, Temmler Pharma has modified the layout of its health information pages to show a more modern and user-friendly design. The pages have been streamlined and are more informative due to the fact that topics are only introduced briefly. More detailed information is available via the respective link or by downloading a PDF file. |
